We are looking for a motivated and experienced Tele Sales & Patient Relationship Manager who is fluent in English and Arabic. You will be the first point of contact for potential patients, handling inbound/outbound calls, following up on leads, building strong patient relationships, and ensuring a smooth journey from consultation to treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and online leads with professionalism.
- Proactively follow up with potential patients to book consultations and procedures.
- Explain treatment options, pricing plans, and promotions clearly and persuasively.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Build long-term patient relationships by providing consistent support and care.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly targets for consultations booked and treatments converted.
- Support front office and clinical teams with smooth patient coordination.
Requirements
- Proven experience in tele sales, call center, or patient relationship management (healthcare/medical field preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasive skills in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
- Ability to handle objections and close bookings confidently.
- Customer-focused, empathetic, and professional approach.
- Organized, with good time management and CRM skills.
- Based in Dubai with transferable visa or valid UAE work eligibility.
