Experienced Tele Sales & Patient Relationship Manager (English + Arabic speaker)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Tele Sales & Patient Relationship Manager who is fluent in English and Arabic. You will be the first point of contact for potential patients, handling inbound/outbound calls, following up on leads, building strong patient relationships, and ensuring a smooth journey from consultation to treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and online leads with professionalism.
• Proactively follow up with potential patients to book consultations and procedures.
• Explain treatment options, pricing plans, and promotions clearly and persuasively.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Build long-term patient relationships by providing consistent support and care.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly targets for consultations booked and treatments converted.
• Support front office and clinical teams with smooth patient coordination.

Requirements

• Proven experience in tele sales, call center, or patient relationship management (healthcare/medical field preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasive skills in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
• Ability to handle objections and close bookings confidently.
• Customer-focused, empathetic, and professional approach.
• Organized, with good time management and CRM skills.
• Based in Dubai with transferable visa or valid UAE work eligibility.
