Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Teller to join our team. As a Teller, you will ensure exceptional service for our customers while fostering a positive work environment. You will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, and upholding our commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Address complex customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency. Promote a customer-centric approach throughout the teller line.
• Reporting & Analysis: Assist in the preparation and review operational reports, identify trends or issues, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and service quality. Assist Teller Supervisor in facilitating internal and external audits.
• Collaboration: Work closely with management to support Bank goals, drive sales initiatives, and contribute to overall Bank success.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a banking or financial services role.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to handle complex customer issues and resolve them effectively.
• Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $18-21 per hour, based on experience

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
