Experienced TIG Welder-Sheet metal welding

We have an immediate need for a TIG welder/fitter/Installer in the Houston Area. This is a full time 40hr/week position. This position will be from 6:30AM-5:00PM, Monday through Thursdays, with occasional overtime on Fridays.

Needs experience in fitting/welding sheet metal. The stainless steel, galvanized, and carbon sheet metal ranges from 20 gauge to 14 gauge. Welding/fabricating kitchen equipment. You will be going on jobsites to help on install sheet metal work as well so general construction knowledge is a plus.

Must have a good attitude and work well with others, as some jobs are collaborative.

Pay is dependent on skill level.

This will be in a Shop environment that is non-climate controlled.

Required Skills:
* 2+ years’ experience as a TIG Welder.
*Ability to work 8+ hour shifts daily.
*Must have experience welding/fitting.
*Must be able to TIG weld stainless steel & galvanized.
*Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours per day.
*Must have own welding helmet.
*Must be okay doing field work
*Must pass a background check
*Must be flexible to work overtime when requested.

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
