• Experience: 2+ Years to 4 Years
• Education: Graduate (Accounts/Finance background preferred)
• Work Mode: Night Shift (5 Days | Flexible for 6th day / Overtime)
• Location: Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property title searches and review ownership history
• Identify liens, unpaid taxes, judgments, or restrictions
• Prepare title reports and resolve discrepancies with stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with legal and company guidelines

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of property/legal records
• Good analytical & documentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office & title search tools
• Attention to detail & deadline management
