As a tech-enabled law firm, the available trademark attorney position is fully remote with a flexible schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Working Schedule: Regular business hours/Flexible

As a key member of our trademark team, your role will be multifaceted. You'll contribute directly to the success of our clients and our firm through the following responsibilities:

Essential Duties

• Preparing and filing trademark applications with the USPTO
• Conducting comprehensive trademark searches and clearance analyses
• Responding to communications (e.g., Office Actions) from the USPTO
• Managing trademark prosecution matters from application through registration
• Advising clients on trademark selection, availability, and protection strategies
• Handling trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings
• Ability to manage docket, meet deadlines, and produce results

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of experience in trademark prosecution and portfolio management
• Must provide examples of completed trademark work
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Experience with USPTO trademark procedures and requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in an efficient manner
• Experience in trademark clearance and prosecution is a BIG plus
