Experienced Travel Sales Agent Required

Job Description:

IJ Technologies is looking for experienced Travel Sales Agents to join our growing team! The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in UK and US-based travel sales, including flight booking, holiday packages, and customer service.

You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, closing travel deals, and providing clients with professional and reliable travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and inquiries from UK & US customers.
• Book flights, hotels, and travel packages using GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
• Convert leads into confirmed sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Manage post-sale support, including itinerary changes, refunds, and cancellations.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions and client interactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in international travel sales (UK/US market preferred).
• Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo).
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in night shifts (UK/US time zones).
• Strong customer service attitude and attention to detail.
