Position Overview
We sell the Trex decking and railing systems—you focus on what you do best: professional installation. Installations are residential projects with materials already sold and scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Install Trex composite decking and railing systems
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and company quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite
• Communicate with project coordinators regarding job progress
• Deliver a high-quality finished product for homeowners

Requirements

• Several years of deck building experience
• Hands-on experience installing Trex composite decking and rail systems
• Strong carpentry and framing knowledge
• Ability to read plans and follow installation specifications
• Reliable transportation and basic tools
• Professional attitude and attention to detail
