Experienced truck dispatcher (night shift/on-site/USA-market)

Location: DHA Phase 3, Z Block, Lahore

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Salary: PKR 70,000 – 100,000 per Month (Based on Experience)

About the Opportunity:

We are expanding our operations and are actively hiring 10 experienced Freight Dispatchers to join our growing transportation team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who have experience in the U.S. trucking industry and are looking to build a long-term career in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with a thorough understanding of freight operations, driver management, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch and manage freight operations across multiple equipment types, including Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Step Deck, Hotshot, and Power Only.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure efficient route planning and on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Negotiate competitive freight rates with brokers and customers.
• Develop and maintain strong broker relationships to secure consistent freight opportunities and dedicated lanes.
• Monitor and manage driver Hours of Service (HOS) compliance.
• Manage and troubleshoot Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs).
• Minimize deadhead miles and maximize truck utilization.
• Track and monitor loads from pickup through delivery.
• Resolve operational issues efficiently while maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve company performance goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of dispatching experience in the U.S. trucking industry.
• Strong understanding of HOS regulations and ELD management.
• Experience working with freight brokers and load boards.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Leadership mindset with the ability to manage and support drivers professionally.
• Experience with DAT, Truckstop, Sylectus, or similar freight platforms is preferred.
