Work Location: In person (Tariq Road, Karachi) No remote.

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Freelancing Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience with freelancing platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, and Freelancer. The candidate will be responsible for generating business through effective bidding, client communication, and proposal writing.

Responsibilities:

• Search and apply for relevant projects on freelancing platforms
• Write professional and customized proposals
• Communicate with clients and understand project requirements
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
• Coordinate with the internal team for project execution
• Maintain daily bidding and sales reports
• Achieve monthly sales and project acquisition targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in bidding on Fiverr, Upwork, or Freelancer
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of IT / Digital / Software services
• Ability to handle multiple projects and clients
• Good English writing skills for proposals and client handling
• Self-motivated and target-oriented personality

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in lead generation and client dealing
• Knowledge of proposal writing and project estimation
• Understanding of web development, graphic design, or digital marketing services

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 to Rs70,000.00 per month
