The recruiter should be proficient in VMS/MSP hiring, ATS management, Boolean search, and using platforms like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed for high-quality tech hiring. Responsibilities include resume screening, interview coordination, rate negotiation, candidate engagement, and building strong pipelines for US clients. This onsite role is ideal for professionals with deep knowledge of US IT staffing, client interaction, talent acquisition strategy, and fast-paced technical hiring in US shift timings.
