What We’re Looking For:
- Veterinary Med Experience: A solid background in vet med is required.
- Weekend Availability: Must be able to work 50% of Saturdays.
- Flexible Scheduling: Shifts start as early as 7:00 AM, so reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Call Center Experience: Previous experience managing high call volumes is a plus.
- Growth-Oriented: We're looking for a candidate who excels in this role and has the ambition to grow into a CSR Lead position.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the welcoming face and voice for our clients, ensuring an excellent experience with every interaction.
- Handle scheduling, client inquiries, and manage calls effectively while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Handle multiple level platforms for medication refills and appointment requests.
- Collaborate with our medical and technical staff to support seamless communication and care.
