Experienced Veterinary Client Service Representative

Are you an experienced Client Service Representative with a passion for veterinary medicine and a drive to grow professionally? Our dynamic and dedicated team is looking for someone like you!

What We’re Looking For:

  • Veterinary Med Experience: A solid background in vet med is required.
  • Weekend Availability: Must be able to work 50% of Saturdays.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Shifts start as early as 7:00 AM, so reliability and punctuality are essential.
  • Call Center Experience: Previous experience managing high call volumes is a plus.
  • Growth-Oriented: We're looking for a candidate who excels in this role and has the ambition to grow into a CSR Lead position.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the welcoming face and voice for our clients, ensuring an excellent experience with every interaction.
  • Handle scheduling, client inquiries, and manage calls effectively while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Handle multiple level platforms for medication refills and appointment requests.
  • Collaborate with our medical and technical staff to support seamless communication and care.
