Experienced Video Editor (English Proficiency Required)

We are a US-based creative agency producing high-end Documentary-Style Real Estate Content. We produce in-depth videos about cities, neighborhoods, and developments

We are looking for a Smart Editor who understands storytelling, geography, and context. You are not just syncing clips; you are building a narrative.

What You Will Do:

Edit 1-2 Videos Per Week: Long-form YouTube content (15–25 minutes) featuring talking heads + heavy B-roll.

Asset Sourcing: You are responsible for finding the correct B-roll (YouTube, Google Images, Stock) that matches the specific neighborhood being discussed.

Map Animations: Create high-quality 3D Map flyovers using Google Earth Studio (Templates provided, but you must know how to use them).

Motion Graphics: Use our specific After Effects templates for text and lower thirds.

Required Skills & Tech Stack :

Adobe Premiere Pro (Advanced)

Proxies, multicam editing, audio cleanup & mixing

Adobe After Effects (Intermediate)

Template usage, basic tracking, text animation

Strong understanding of storytelling, geography, and visual context

Ability to work independently and make smart editorial decisions

English proficiency required (spoken content comprehension is critical)
