Experienced Welder/ Fabricator.

Overview
JKN Engineering are looking for an experienced welder/ metal fabricator to join our team at our workshop in Walpole Cross Keys.

The role involves working on a range of fabrication projects, producing and assembling metal components using engineering drawings and specifications.

The successful candidate will have practical welding experience and be confident working with a variety of tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out TIG and other types of welding as required.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets required quality standards.
• Use workshop machinery and fabrication tools safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in welding is essential.
• Familiarity with welding techniques is advantageous.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
• Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations during fabrication processes.
• Good attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £19.00 per hour
