Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 6k + 40% commission

We are a successful and thriving Real Estate company in Dubai, seeking multiple Experienced Real Estate Consultants for Outdoor Sales & Rentals to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct property viewings for prospective buyers and tenants.

- Establish and maintain regular communication with clients via WA and email.

- Provide timely updates to the office after each viewing, including detailed client feedback.

- Handle client follow-ups, coordinate viewing appointments, and provide information.

- Required to close deals, assist with conveyancing and trustee office visit.

Requirement:

- This position is open for Male and Female candidates.

- Fluency in English (both verbal and written is MUST). Another language would be an advantage.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market.

- RERA certification and a valid UAE driving license are required.

- Outgoing, bold, confident, and well-spoken; professionally smart and well-groomed.- Candidates with Western or European educational background are strongly preferred

- Preference will be given to individuals with Dubai and International real estate experience

- Strictly candidates currently residing in Dubai and available for immediate interviews will be called and applications from outside the UAE will not be considered. Apply if you are in UAE.

- Monthly high salary and monthly high commission

- Company mobile phone along with unlimited calling minutes and mobile data.

- Free Company car, Petrol, Salik and Parking allowances will be provided.
