✅ The Role

We are looking for a Lead Orthodontic Assistant who:

• Has 2 years + orthodontic experience (required)
• Is confident chairside and comfortable guiding patients and teammates
• Leads by example with a positive, calm, and upbeat attitude
• Is organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Loves working with kids, teens, and families

✅ Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting for orthodontic procedures
• Supporting doctors and coordinating patient flow
• Mentoring and supporting other clinical team members
• Ensuring high clinical standards and excellent patient experience
• Helping maintain an organized, efficient, and fun clinic environment
