About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Designer who brings both craft and perspective.

This is a hands-on role for someone who has spent years in the work — someone who understands not just how things look, but how they function, communicate, and connect.

You’ll work across branding, web, and digital design — helping shape visual systems, elevate client work, and contribute to the overall creative direction of projects.

What You’ll Do

• Lead design across branding, website, and marketing projects
• Translate strategy into strong, thoughtful visual solutions
• Design websites (UX/UI + visual design) with clarity and purpose
• Create brand identities, systems, and supporting assets
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and video team
• Present work internally and occasionally to clients
• Refine and elevate design work across all stages
• Help maintain consistency and quality across projects

You Might Be a Great Fit If

• You have 7–10+ years of experience in an agency or similar environment
• You’ve worked across branding, web, and graphic design
• You understand both design systems and one-off creative execution
• You can think conceptually and execute with precision
• You care about typography, layout, and details
• You’re comfortable giving and receiving feedback
• You’re collaborative, but confident in your perspective
• You take pride in doing work that holds up over time

Bonus Points If You Have

• Strong UX thinking (not just UI styling)
• Experience building brand systems, not just logos

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
