Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and forward-thinking Experiential & Brand Experience Technologist to drive the integration of cutting-edge technologies into exhibitions, events, and brand activations.


This role is responsible for identifying, shaping, and implementing innovative technology solutions that elevate client experiences and strengthen proposal competitiveness. You will act as the technology lead and subject matter expert , working closely with Sales, Design, and Project teams to deliver immersive, engaging, and future-ready brand experiences.


Key Responsibilities


Technology Innovation & Strategy

  • Research, evaluate, and introduce emerging experiential technologies (AR/VR, AI, interactive installations, projection mapping, immersive environments, etc.)
  • Identify and onboard technology partners and vendors locally and globally
  • Build and maintain a centralized technology database (hub) accessible to internal teams
  • Provide ongoing insights on industry trends, audience engagement, and innovation opportunities


Sales Enablement & Proposal Development

  • Collaborate with Sales and Design teams to enhance proposals and increase win rates through innovative technology integration
  • Develop compelling technology-driven concepts and activation ideas aligned with client briefs
  • Lead the creation of the technology and activation sections of proposals (creative + commercial input)
  • Participate in client meetings and pitches to present and articulate technology solutions confidently


Technology Integration & Project Support

  • Lead the planning and integration of technology solutions within project timelines in collaboration with Project Managers
  • Act as the subject matter expert on all technology-related aspects across projects
  • Guide internal teams on feasibility, scalability, and best practices for implementation
  • Support on-site execution of technology components to ensure quality and innovation standards are met


Content & Experience Development

  • Identify opportunities to enhance experiences through interactive and digital content (video, immersive media, touchpoints, etc.)
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop engaging, multi-sensory brand experiences
  • Ensure all technology-led activations are aligned with brand, audience, and objectives


Vendor & Partner Management

  • Source, evaluate, and manage technology vendors and specialist partners
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers and innovation partners
  • Oversee third-party technology deliverables to ensure alignment with creative intent and technical standards


Commercial & Technical Advisory

  • Provide cost-effective and scalable technology solutions aligned with project budgets
  • Support commercial decision-making by evaluating ROI and value of technology integration
  • Work closely with internal teams to balance innovation, feasibility, and cost efficiency


Requirements

  • Experience: 5–8+ years in experiential marketing, exhibitions, events, or brand experience agencies
  • Proven track record in integrating technology into brand activations or experiences
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of experiential technologies (AR/VR, interactive tech, immersive installations, digital engagement tools)
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into creative, client-friendly solutions
  • Sales & Presentation Skills: Experience supporting pitches and proposals with innovative ideas
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with confidence in client-facing environments
  • Project Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Creative, and Project teams
  • Vendor Network: Existing network of technology suppliers and partners is a strong advantage
  • Other Skills: Strong problem-solving and innovation mindset
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Flexible and willing to travel regionally and internationally as required to support client engagements and project delivery
