We are looking for a creative, energetic, and execution-focused Experiential Marketing Manager to transform our mall into a vibrant community and lifestyle destination.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in event management, retail engagement, social media activations, tenant coordination, and customer experience enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute weekly and seasonal events including:
- Fashion pop-ups
- Food festivals
- Kids activities
- Artisan exhibitions
- Cultural and festive events
- Fitness and community activities
- Develop experiential concepts to increase mall footfall and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with brands, vendors, influencers, universities, and community groups for collaborations and activations.
- Manage mall aesthetics including:
- Seasonal décor
- Instagrammable installations
- Display concepts
- Creative seating and engagement areas
- Identify and onboard:
- Local artisan brands
- Small businesses
- Pop-up vendors
- Lifestyle and wellness concepts
- Utilize vacant spaces creatively through temporary activations, exhibitions, and community experiences.
- To create engaging digital content and promote mall activities online.
- Improve customer comfort and overall visitor experience through innovative ideas and operational coordination.
- Monitor event performance, visitor feedback, tenant engagement, and footfall improvement strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in mall management, retail marketing, events, hospitality, or experiential marketing.
- Strong communication and vendor management skills.
- Understanding of social media trends and customer engagement strategies.
