Renexus Resource Group is seeking a talented and detail-driven Academic Research Writer to join our in-house writing and research department in Karachi. Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Research: Conduct in-depth literature reviews and data-driven analyses to develop academic content such as reports, theses, essays, and dissertations.
• High-Quality Writing: Produce original, well-organized, and logically structured academic material across diverse subject areas.
• Editing & Proofreading: Refine written work to ensure clarity, grammatical accuracy, coherence, and adherence to academic ethics.
• Referencing Expertise: Apply academic citation styles (APA, MLA, Harvard, Chicago, etc.) with precision and consistency.
• Data Analysis: Utilize research and analytical tools such as SPSS, EViews, MATLAB, or Stata to support quantitative and qualitative findings.
• Time Management: Handle multiple writing projects efficiently, meeting strict deadlines without compromising quality.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with peers and editors to maintain consistent standards of excellence and contribute to collective success.

Skills & Competencies

• Language Mastery: Exceptional written English with strong grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.
• Research Acumen: Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and synthesis skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; familiarity with research tools or statistical software is a plus.
• Referencing Proficiency: In-depth understanding of major citation and formatting styles.
• Professional Qualities: Responsible, disciplined, detail-oriented, and capable of performing well under pressure.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Diploma, A-Levels, or Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related academic discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in academic, research, or analytical writing.
• Preferred Expertise: Working knowledge of SPSS, EViews, MATLAB, or Stata for research analysis will be an advantage.
