Expert Cake Decorator / Cake Designer

• Should have at least 1-2 years experience of Making expert 3D, fondant designs on cakes.
• Should know the basic of Baking and Cake Decorating.
• Decorate baked products using glaze, icing and other toppings (3D Topping) to achieve a finished appearance.
• Should be able to speak and understand English.
• Monitor and order ingredients, supplies and equipment(if and when needed).
• Meet with customers to discuss custom-made desserts or baked goods for special occasions (if and when needed).
• Attend events on behalf of the company and participate in trainings and workshops.
• Ensure the bakery section of the kitchen is always clean and maintain hygiene.
• Ensure accurate use of recipes by maintaining proper record of baking operations.
• Manage needed supplies and inventory levels.
