We are looking for a talented In-House Graphic Designer to join our creative team and bring fresh ideas to life.

Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer at Gridcom, you will create visually engaging designs that support branding and marketing goals across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative visuals for digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, ads, and marketing materials
• Work closely with the creative team to develop designs that match client goals, brand identity, and marketing strategy
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
• Handle multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines
• Create professional designs using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and InDesign
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs while adding creativity to every project

Requirements & Skills

• 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, InDesign, and Canva
• Solid understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and design principles
• Creative thinker with the ability to produce unique and effective design solutions
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus (not mandatory)
