Expert In-House Painter

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced In-House Painter who takes pride in craftsmanship, values reliability, and can deliver high-quality finish work from day one. This is a full-time, long-term position for someone who’s not just great with a brush or spray rig—but also dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to be a key part of a growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Complete interior and exterior painting projects with top-quality results.
• Handle smooth and straight cut-ins, spraying, staining, cabinet painting, and texture matching.
• Manage your own setup, cleanup, and materials to keep jobs running smoothly.
• Work closely with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and up to standard.
• Help us recruit, lead, and grow a future painting crew as our company expands.
• Maintain professionalism and clear communication on every job site.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 7 years of professional painting experience.
• Skilled with spray rigs, staining, texture matching, and high-end finishes.
• Own all painting equipment (spray rig, ladders, brushes, etc.).
• Dependable and punctual with a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Fluent in English and comfortable communicating with clients and team members.
• Experience managing or leading a painting crew is a plus.
• Well-connected in the trades community and excited to help build something great.

Compensation & Details

• $66,000–$60,000 annual salary
• Full-time, in-house position based in Waco, TX
• Some travel for projects across Texas
