Expert of Sponsorships

Job Overview:

This role is conducted within the vision, mission, and strategic plan of the Insurance Authority. Reporting to the Sponsorships Manager, the Expert of Sponsorships leads analytics, valuation, and activation design for all partnership deals. The role analyzes market and financial data to identify high-value opportunities, shape deal frameworks, and guide negotiations. By coordinating cross-functional plans and tracking performance, the position ensures contract compliance while maximizing revenue, brand visibility, and audience engagement. Through data-driven insights and process improvements, the Expert empowers leadership with evidence-based investment decisions that drive growth and enhance the organization’s reputation in key markets.


Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Analyze market trends, audience data, and competitor activity to identify high-potential sponsorship assets aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Develop financial models and valuation benchmarks to estimate potential return on investment and recommend go/no-go decisions to the Sponsorships Manager.
  • Prepare concise insight reports that translate complex data into actionable opportunity assessments for middle-management stakeholders.
  • Draft deal briefs, benefit matrices, and preliminary commercial terms to facilitate efficient negotiations led by the Sponsorships Manager.
  • Coordinate with Legal and Finance to ensure proposed agreements comply with policy, budgeting limits, and governance frameworks.
  • Maintain up-to-date pipeline documentation, tracking status, risk, and next actions for each prospect.
  • Design activation toolkits that detail timelines, content requirements, and cross-functional roles to ensure on-time delivery of sponsorship obligations.
  • Liaise with internal Marketing, Events, and Digital teams as well as external agencies to orchestrate seamless asset production and on-ground execution.
  • Monitor activation progress against agreed KPIs, escalating risks or delays and recommending corrective actions where necessary.
  • Develop post-event and periodic performance dashboards that measure brand exposure, audience engagement, and commercial impact using agreed metrics.
  • Conduct compliance reviews to verify sponsor and organizational obligations are fulfilled, documenting variances and initiating remedial steps.
  • Continuously refine data-collection templates, reporting processes, and knowledge repositories to drive efficiency and knowledge transfer within the Sponsorships function.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Job requirements:


Educational Qualifications (required)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, Journalism, or related field
  • Master’s degree preferred

Certifications (required)

  • Relevant Professional Certification is preferred

Experience

  • 4+ years with Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years with Master’s degree
  • Position relevant experience

Language

(A1-A2 : Basic, B1-B2: Intermediate, C1-C2: Fluent)
