Overview

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find management consultants who can help train their latest language model on consulting tasks. We're looking for Engagement Managers and above from top firms to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core consulting workflows - market sizing, due diligence, strategic analysis, client presentations, and workstream management.

Responsibilities

• Create AI-generated consulting deliverables for market sizing, due diligence, strategic analysis, client presentations, and workstream management.
• Evaluate and refine AI-generated work to ensure quality and relevance.

Compensation

• $150/hour
• Flexible, up to 20 hours per week (up to $3,000/week)
• Fully remote - work on your own schedule
• Start date: End of February / Start of March

Qualifications

• Engagement Manager or above at top management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, or BCG)
• Deep expertise in structured problem-solving, market analysis, and client delivery
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
