SEO and Website Design is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in lead generation for home-service industries — including water damage restoration, plumbing, and other emergency service trades. We build and manage high-performing websites and ad campaigns nationwide, helping service companies dominate Google Search and Local Ads.

We’re expanding our team and looking for a PPC Expert who can launch, manage, and scale high-ROI Google Ads campaigns for our restoration and plumbing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns for water damage restoration and plumbing companies across multiple U.S. markets.
  • Manage Local Services Ads (LSA), Search, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to drive qualified leads at the lowest possible cost.
  • Write and test ad copy that converts emergency-based searchers into phone calls and form submissions.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to meet conversion goals.
  • Track and analyze campaign results using Google Analytics, CallRail, and CRM data to report ROI.
  • Collaborate with the SEO and web design teams to align ad strategy with landing pages and lead tracking systems.
  • Stay current on Google Ads best practices, AI bidding strategies, and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads management experience (preferably in service-based or home-service industries).
  • Proven success managing budgets of $5K–$50K/month per account.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, LSAs, PPC automation, and lead generation funnels.
  • Experience with CallRail, Google Tag Manager, and JobNimbus or similar CRMs is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Google Ads Certification preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
