Expert PPF/Wrap Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Car Detailer with proven expertise in Paint Protection Film (PPF), vehicle Wrapping, Paint Correction, Ceramic Coating application, and full Exterior & Interior Detailing. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in premium detailing studios, understands luxury and performance vehicles, and can deliver showroom-quality finishes consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complete exterior and interior detailing to the highest industry standards.
• Execute PPF installation and vinyl wrapping (partial & full wraps), ensuring precise fitment and finish.
• Conduct multi-stage paint correction and polishing to remove swirl marks, oxidation, and imperfections.
• Apply ceramic coating systems with attention to durability, protection, and gloss enhancement.
• Inspect vehicles and recommend appropriate detailing/PPF solutions to clients.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Train junior staff and ensure best practices are followed across the detailing team.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years proven experience in professional detailing & PPF/Wrap installation.
• Strong portfolio of luxury, exotic, and performance cars (photos/case studies preferred).
• Expert knowledge of detailing tools, chemicals, and protective products.
• Precision and attention to detail — capable of achieving flawless finishes under strict deadlines.
• Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic a plus).
• UAE experience preferred; international experience considered if portfolio is strong.

Nice to Have

• Automotive painting or bodyshop experience.
• Familiarity with clear bra, tinting, and advanced surface protection products.
• Ability to manage small detailing projects and interact directly with clients.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
