Job Description
The
Expert Presales Engineer
will be responsible for designing highly technical, integrated solutions, acting as a key technical advisor for both sales teams and clients. This role involves reviewing proposals, preparing technical documentation, and presenting solutions to highlight their competitive advantages.
Responsibilities include:

Designing complete integrated solutions (H/W, S/W license, network, etc.).

Acting as a consultant for the sales team and clients on complex technical issues.

Reviewing technical components of proposals for efficient integration.

Creating technical write-ups and drawings that describe solutions.
-
Analyzing competitor solutions to provide optimal proposals.
-
Participating in customer meetings to discuss solutions and their advantages.
-
Reviewing the technical aspects of project implementation plans.
-
Contributing to the regular update and introduction of new offerings.

Communicating with Sales, PMs, and Technical teams to gather insights.
-
Assisting in educating the Account Management Team on new offering functionalities.
Technical Skills & Expertise:

A/V System Design:
Expertise in video walls, projection, and pro audio.
-
UCC Platforms:
Knowledge of MTR, Zoom, Cisco Webex, and Poly.

Control Systems:
Experienced with Crestron, AMX, and Extron.
-
Signal Management:
Proficient in AV over IP, HDBaseT, and HDMI/SDI.
-
Audio Processing:
Experience with Q-SYS, Biamp, and Shure.

Systems Integration:
Experience with digital signage, public address, IPTV, and room booking.

Networking:
Basic skills in VLAN and QoS for A/V.

Vendors:
Strong knowledge of leading A/V vendors and their products.

Presales:
Proven capabilities in BOQ, proposals, site surveys, and presentations.

Technical Writing Skills.
Personal Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Very good negotiation skills.

Very good command of the English language.

Very good usage of Microsoft Office products.
