Qualifications

• Technical diploma/degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong knowledge of assembly techniques, automation, and tooling.
• Experience in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and quality standards.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize assembly processes (manual & automated).
• Define and monitor work instructions, tools, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot assembly defects and process issues.
• Support new product launches and line setup.
• Train operators and ensure quality & safety standards are met.
• Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and cost reduction.
