Compensation: $35 – $45/hour

 

About the Role

We are seeking Expert Recruiters across three domains—Health, Legal, and Finance—to join our extended team. This is a unique opportunity for professionals with deep subject matter expertise to transition into recruitment and play a pivotal role in sourcing, assessing, and placing top talent. You’ll leverage your domain knowledge to evaluate candidates with precision, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment projects: Lead sourcing, assessment, and selection of top professionals in Health, Legal, or Finance.
  • Domain expertise application: Use your specialized knowledge to evaluate candidate qualifications and ensure role fit.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align hiring needs and deliver results.
  • Process improvement: Identify efficiencies, streamline workflows, and champion best practices in recruitment.
  • Project management: Handle multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously with urgency and attention to detail.
  • Communication excellence: Produce clear, persuasive written and verbal communication for candidates and stakeholders.

 

Required Skills

  • Health Recruiter: Background in medicine, biology, or health sciences.
  • Legal Recruiter: Experience as a lawyer, attorney, paralegal, or legal specialist.
  • Finance Recruiter: Proven expertise in finance, banking, investment, or accounting.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or proven professional background in your domain (Health, Legal, or Finance).

  • Process improvement mindset with a bias for action and problem-solving.
  • Ambitious, resilient, and self-motivated with a “grinder” mentality.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior exposure to recruitment or talent acquisition (not required).
  • Experience in high-growth or mission-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and recruitment technology.
  • Certification in project management or process improvement methodologies.
