About the Role
We are seeking Expert Recruiters across three domains—Health, Legal, and Finance—to join our extended team. This is a unique opportunity for professionals with deep subject matter expertise to transition into recruitment and play a pivotal role in sourcing, assessing, and placing top talent. You’ll leverage your domain knowledge to evaluate candidates with precision, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment projects: Lead sourcing, assessment, and selection of top professionals in Health, Legal, or Finance.
- Domain expertise application: Use your specialized knowledge to evaluate candidate qualifications and ensure role fit.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align hiring needs and deliver results.
- Process improvement: Identify efficiencies, streamline workflows, and champion best practices in recruitment.
- Project management: Handle multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously with urgency and attention to detail.
- Communication excellence: Produce clear, persuasive written and verbal communication for candidates and stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Health Recruiter: Background in medicine, biology, or health sciences.
- Legal Recruiter: Experience as a lawyer, attorney, paralegal, or legal specialist.
- Finance Recruiter: Proven expertise in finance, banking, investment, or accounting.

- Certification in project management or process improvement methodologies.
