Expert Sales Representative

Location: Remote / Istanbul HQ, with regular travel across TheLifeCo destinations (Bodrum, Antalya, Phuket, Saint Lucia, and upcoming locations)

The Role

TheLifeCo is seeking an Expert Sales Representative to join our global B2C sales team. This is a consultative, trust-led sales role dedicated to converting qualified leads into confirmed guest bookings across our international resort destinations.

Unlike a transactional sales position, this role requires the ability to navigate complex wellness program conversations, including mental wellness, longevity, chronic disease management, and tailored detox programs, and to act as a credible reference person for both guests and fellow sales colleagues.


The role is ideal for someone who understands that wellness sales are emotionally driven, consultative, and rooted in empathy, timing, and trust.


Key Responsibilities

Consultative B2C Sales

●     Manage and convert inbound and outbound leads across assigned markets and destinations

●     Conduct discovery calls, wellness program consultations, and tailored program matching

●     Handle complex sales cases requiring deeper wellness program knowledge (e.g., mental wellness, chronic disease management, longevity programs)

●     Follow through on the end-to-end booking and contract process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with TheLifeCo standards

●     Build long-term relationships with returning and high-intent guests through a personalized, relationship-led approach


Expert Reference & Team Enablement

●     Act as the expert wellness sales reference person within the team for complex guest profiles and program fit

●     Support and advise other sales representatives on challenging cases

●     Contribute to the training and upskilling of the sales team, particularly in consultative selling for complex wellness programs

●     Share product knowledge, case studies, and best practices to elevate overall team capability


B2B & Partnership Support

●     Manage incoming B2B and group inquiries, qualifying opportunities and routing them appropriately

●     Coordinate closely with Center Managers and Head of Sales on B2B opportunities, group bookings, and institutional partnerships

●     Support partnership-driven sales flows with professionalism and brand consistency


Sales Operations & CRM Discipline

●     Maintain full pipeline visibility, accurate forecasting, and disciplined follow-up using HubSpot


CRM

●     Ensure online booking platforms and OTA channels reflect accurate and up-to-date pricing, in coordination with relevant teams

●     Keep guest records, communications, and consultation notes detailed and up to date to enable effective follow-up

●     Contribute to continuous improvement of sales playbooks, consultation frameworks, and response templates


Guest Experience Continuity

●     Act as a continuity figure between the sales promise and the on-site experience

●     Coordinate smooth handovers to the Wellness Coach and resort operations teams

●     Proactively intervene where clarification, reassurance, or additional support is needed before, during, or after the stay


Qualifications

●     Bachelor's degree from a reputable university

●     4+ years of B2C sales experience, preferably in wellness retreats, luxury hospitality, medical tourism, or high-touch experiential travel

●     Proven track record of personally selling and closing high-value consumer offerings

●     Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory); Turkish fluency a strong plus

●     Advanced proficiency in HubSpot CRM (or equivalent) — pipeline management, reporting, task discipline

●     Strong understanding of hotel/resort operations, reservations, pricing, booking and cancellation policies

●     Genuine interest in wellness, longevity, detox, and wellbeing trends

●     Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written

●     Adaptability to flexible working hours across time zones, including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and public/bank holidays when needed

●     Self-motivated with the ability to perform with minimal supervision

●     Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace


Nice to Have

●     Direct experience in detox, longevity, medical wellness, or retreat program sales

●     Exposure to UK, European, GCC, or DACH consumer markets

●     Additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese)

●     Background in premium hospitality or healthcare-adjacent B2C sales

●     Experience mentoring or training junior sales colleagues

You are a consultative seller who leads with empathy and discipline. You listen before you pitch, understand that wellness decisions are personal and emotional, and know how to turn trust into bookings.

●     You are comfortable across cultures and time zones, credible when speaking about complex wellness programs, and reliable in the details — CRM hygiene, follow-ups, and handovers. When a guest needs clarity, reassurance, or guidance, you take the call and see it through.
