About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Expert Tailor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have advanced skills in stitching, altering, and designing garments, along with the ability to work with a wide range of fabrics and styles.

Key Responsibilities:

* Take accurate body measurements and interpret customer requirements.

* Stitch, alter, repair, and customize garments to perfection.

* Work with various fabrics (cotton, silk, linen, wool, etc.) and handle traditional as well as modern wear.

* Ensure high-quality finishing, fitting, and attention to detail in every garment.

* Suggest fabric, design, and style options to customers when required.

* Maintain sewing machines and tools in good working condition.

* Complete orders within deadlines while ensuring quality standards.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a professional tailor (minimum 3 years).

* Proficiency in using sewing machines, overlock machines, and hand-stitching techniques.

* Strong knowledge of garment construction, patterns, and alterations.

* Creativity and attention to detail.

* Good communication and customer service skills.

* Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple orders.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in stitching uniforms, designer wear, and traditional attire.

* Knowledge of embroidery, handwork, or advanced finishing techniques (added advantage).
