We are looking for a highly skilled Video Editor with 3+ years of professional experience and proven expertise in high-quality content editing. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in both YouTube automation videos and short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Ads).

Key Responsibilities

• Edit YouTube automation videos (voiceover-based, storytelling, faceless content)
• Create high-end short-form videos for:
• Instagram Reels
• TikTok
• Paid Ads
• Edit Video Sales Letters (VSLs) with strong pacing and conversion-focused storytelling
• Edit podcasts (multi-camera, audio cleanup, engaging cuts)
• Add:
• Motion graphics
• Subtitles/captions
• Sound effects & background music
• Smooth transitions and visual effects
• Ensure videos are optimized for audience retention and engagement

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on expertise in advanced editing techniques
• Strong portfolio showcasing:
• YouTube automation content
• Short-form content (Reels/TikTok/Ads)
• Experience editing:
• VSLs
• Podcasts
• Deep understanding of:
• Storytelling
• Pacing
• Hook creation
• Proficiency in tools like:
• Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (Required)
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Knowledge of YouTube automation niches (documentary, cash cow, storytelling, etc.)
• Experience working with content creators or agencies
• Basic understanding of marketing & conversion-focused editing
