Expert Webflow Developer

As a Webflow Developer, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing websites using the Webflow platform. You’ll collaborate with designers, marketers, and other developers to transform static designs into interactive and visually engaging websites. You will also play a critical role in optimizing website performance and ensuring the sites are responsive across all devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive, high-performance websites using Webflow.
• Convert Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD designs into fully functional Webflow websites.
• Implement and customize Webflow CMS for content management needs.
• Utilize Webflow interactions and animations to create engaging user experiences.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug any Webflow-related issues, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure that the websites adhere to the provided design specifications.
• Maintain and update existing websites to meet modern web standards and business requirements.
• Integrate third-party services, APIs, and custom code when necessary.
• Stay current with Webflow’s latest features, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Webflow Developer with a strong portfolio of Webflow websites.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to implement custom code when required.
• Experience with Webflow CMS, dynamic content, and integrations.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and a strong eye for detail.
• Understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with other design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, and other web performance/analytics tools.
• Experience with custom coding (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) within Webflow.
• Familiarity with UI/UX best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
