Exploration Manager

Ulsan Holding is a global company operating in the defence, mining, energy and construction sectors.

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Exploration Manager to lead and manage our metallic mineral exploration and development activities across multiple international projects, particularly in Africa.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering ; Master’s degree in Geological Engineering or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in metallic mineral exploration, drilling programs, and mine geology operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and geology-specific software, including ArcGIS, Micromine, Datamine, or similar 3D geological modeling tools.
• Solid experience in exploration program planning, data analysis, and technical reporting.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• No restrictions on international travel and willingness to work in remote field locations.
• Strong analytical thinking, planning, and management skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership, solve complex technical challenges, and lead teams effectively.
• Proven experience in mentoring and developing geological teams.
