Responsibilities

• Coordinate food plating and presentation to ensure dishes meet quality standards before serving
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to confirm order accuracy and timing
• Assist with food preparation tasks, including garnishing and portioning, to support kitchen operations
• Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
• Support banquet and event setups by organizing dishes and assisting with serving as needed
• Buss tables efficiently by clearing plates and maintaining a clean dining area throughout service
• Maintain clear communication with servers, chefs, and management to deliver seamless service experiences

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation, plating techniques, and presentation standards
• Experience with banquet service or large-scale catering is a plus
• Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper handling procedures
• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively within a team
