About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export Coordinator to manage export documentation, invoicing, customer communication, and receivables tracking. The ideal candidate will have experience in international shipments, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare export invoices, packing lists, BL instructions, and all required shipment documents.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics partners to ensure on-time shipments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide shipment updates.
  • Maintain and update receivables data, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups.
  • Verify LC (Letter of Credit) terms and ensure documents align with requirements (if applicable).
  • Track shipment status and resolve any documentation or customs issues.
  • Maintain organized records of all export files and compliance documents.
  • Collaborate with production and sales teams to align shipping timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in export operations, preferably in manufacturing or leather goods.
  • Strong knowledge of export documentation and international shipping procedures.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with customers and logistics partners.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
