Qualifications:

<li>Experience in the flexible packaging industry,</li>
<li>Residing on the European side of Istanbul,</li>

<li>Well-developed negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities,</li>
<li>Team-oriented with strong communication skills.</li>

Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Conduct and develop export sales activities in designated regions,</li>
<li>Manage the existing customer portfolio and acquire new customers,</li>
<li>Attend industry fairs and conduct regular customer visits,</li>
<li>Perform market research to analyze new sales opportunities,</li>
<li>Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets,</li>
<li>Build long-term business relationships to ensure customer satisfaction,</li>
<li>Collaborate with relevant departments to coordinate export processes.</li>
