Export Assistant Manager (Female)

As an Assistant Export Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Export Manager in overseeing international sales operations and ensuring smooth execution of export processes. You will coordinate with production, logistics, and international clients to ensure timely shipments, compliance with export regulations, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day export operations and international shipments.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
  • Prepare and verify export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, BL/AWB, and other required documents.
  • Communicate with international clients regarding order status, shipping schedules, and payment follow-ups.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company export policies.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and resolve any delays or logistical issues.
  • Support in developing new international markets and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Analyze export sales data and prepare reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and shipping lines for smooth cargo movement.
  • Assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional manner.
  • Stay updated on global trade regulations, export procedures, and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in export operations or international sales.
  • Strong understanding of export documentation and international shipping procedures.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms, LC documentation, and international payment terms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the medical/surgical instruments export industry.
  • Familiarity with international compliance standards and customs regulations.
  • Experience working with freight forwarders and international clients.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems or export management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
