Export Assistant Manager (Female) – Surgical Instruments

As an Export Assistant Manager, you will assist in managing international export operations, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth documentation and shipment of surgical instruments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing international clients and export orders.
  • Prepare export documentation including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics companies.
  • Communicate with international customers regarding order status.
  • Maintain records of export transactions and shipments.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of export documentation and procedures.
  • Good organizational and coordination skills.
