  • Sales coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for international customers, handling inquiries, providing product information, and converting quotations into sales orders.
  • Order processing: Coordinate with factory and production teams for samples, production schedules, and dispatch, ensuring customer requests are communicated and implemented.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary export documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
  • Logistics and shipping: Coordinate with logistics providers for timely shipment, track shipments, and manage claim processes if needed.
  • Customer relations: Maintain positive relationships with international clients and follow up on payments.
  • Compliance: Ensure all export activities comply with international trade regulations and laws.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other requested reports to management.
  • Data management: Maintain accurate records of customer information and sales data.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
