Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Export Executive to support our export operations. The role involves coordinating shipments, handling export documentation, liaising with logistics partners, and ensuring timely and compliant delivery of goods (mainly rice) to international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and processing export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bill of lading, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure smooth movement of goods.
• Track shipments and provide updates to internal teams and customers.
• Maintain communication with international clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and documentation needs.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation standards, and destination country import requirements.
• Support the Export Manager in managing LCs (Letters of Credit) and bank-related export documents.
• Maintain and update records of export transactions and shipments.
• Assist in market research, customer follow-ups, and preparing quotations as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in export operations (preferably in agri-commodities or FMCG sector).
• Basic knowledge of export procedures, Incoterms, and international trade regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with rice export markets and customs procedures.
• Knowledge of ERP systems or export management software.
• Ability to speak/write in English & Urdu.

This is an entry-level position with opportunities to grow into a Senior Export Executive, Export Manager, or International Sales roles, depending on performance and skills development.
