Export Coordinator

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES

1. To forward Export orders received from clients and Sales Team and process Proforma Invoice.

2. As soon as Proforma Invoice is finalized, take necessary approval's and send it to customer for payments.

3. To follow up with Finance Manager for advance/full payments.

4. To follow up with Store dept. for readiness of goods.

5. To follow up with Logistics dept. for Air/Sea freight charges and loading cut- off date.

6. To inform and coordinate customer freight charges and loading schedule.

7. To coordinate with third party inspection companies for inspection.

8. To send shipment details to customers soon after container is loaded/delivered locally.

9. To email final Invoice and Packing list to customer to transfer balance payment.

10. To ensure shipping documents are prepared same as per last shipment and sent to buyer’s bank on collection basis or sent via courier on receipt of full & final payment.

11. To provide courier tracking details of shipping documents to clients.

12. To coordinate with Laboratory & Quality Control dept. for test reports re- quired by clients and inspection agencies.

13. To send/share updated Price List with Export Sales Managers and within export department.

14. To handle walk in Export customers, take their orders, collect payment and arrange their transportation to and from office in coordination with Admin.

15. Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and yearly Sales report.

18. Updating finance with expected payment plans - Cash Flow.

19. To update Export dept. SOP time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
