Export Documentation Executive - Seafood industry

 Preparation and Verification of export documents

 Dealing with Bank relating to export documentation, submission of documents

to the bank for bill collection / LC/ CAD.

 Coordination with the factory for timely shipment.

 Sending original documents through courier to the buyer.

 Coordination with Bank and DGFT / MEIS.

 DHL Courier tracking and Container tracking

 Renewal of licenses (factory, export related licenses etc.·

 Import documentation.

EXPERIENCE :

  • 2–3 years of experience in export documentation, in the seafood industry.
  • Hands-on experience with shipping documentation, customs procedures, and export regulations.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Letter of Credit (L/C), and Bill of Lading (B/L) processes.
  • Familiarity with DGFT procedures, customs clearance, and marine insurance.
  • Knowledge of cold chain logistics and perishable goods handling
  • Proficient in MS Office and export documentation software (e.g., EDI portals, ERP systems).

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight shipping deadlines.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.

Optional but Valuable:

  • Experience coordinating with CHA (Customs House Agents), freight forwarders, and international clients.
  • Knowledge of traceability systems or certification requirements (e.g., HACCP, EU, FDA) for seafood exports.

EXPERIENCE IN SEA FOOD INDUSTRY IS A MUST.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
