Export Executive

Noor Brands is looking for a skilled Export Executive to manage and grow our international operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of export documentation, shipment handling, coordination with freight forwarders, and communication with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, BL, COO, Form-E etc.)
• Coordinate with shipping lines, clearing agents, and freight forwarders
• Communicate with international clients regarding orders, shipments, and queries
• Ensure timely processing of export orders
• Maintain export records and prepare periodic reports
• Monitor shipment schedules and resolve logistic issues
• Support management in exploring new international markets

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Business, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience in export operations
• Knowledge of export compliance, customs procedures, and logistics
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs75,000.00 per month
