Export Executive

We are looking for a result-driven Export Executive who can actively generate international business, handle overseas clients, and close export deals. This role is focused on revenue growth, not passive coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new international leads through B2B platforms, trade portals, cold outreach, and market research
  • Develop and manage relationships with overseas buyers
  • Handle complete export sales cycle: inquiry → quotation → negotiation → order confirmation
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams
  • Prepare export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.)
  • Monitor global market trends and competitor pricing
  • Follow up aggressively on pending inquiries and repeat orders
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly export sales targets

Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in export sales (preferably agro/food products)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of export documentation and Incoterms
  • Experience with B2B portals like Alibaba, TradeIndia, etc. preferred
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets

Performance Indicators

  • Number of qualified leads generated
  • Orders closed per month
  • Revenue growth from international markets
  • Client retention rate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mahuva, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

  • B2B sales: 3 years (Required)

Language:

  • English (Required)
