We are looking for a result-driven Export Executive who can actively generate international business, handle overseas clients, and close export deals. This role is focused on revenue growth, not passive coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new international leads through B2B platforms, trade portals, cold outreach, and market research
- Develop and manage relationships with overseas buyers
- Handle complete export sales cycle: inquiry → quotation → negotiation → order confirmation
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams
- Prepare export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.)
- Monitor global market trends and competitor pricing
- Follow up aggressively on pending inquiries and repeat orders
- Achieve monthly and quarterly export sales targets
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in export sales (preferably agro/food products)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of export documentation and Incoterms
- Experience with B2B portals like Alibaba, TradeIndia, etc. preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
