Export Executive - Documentation and Logistic

Role purpose Own export documentation accuracy and logistics coordination to ensure smooth customs clearance, shipment movement and compliant document sets for customers and banks. Key responsibilities Prepare and verify export documentation sets: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO and related paperwork. Ensure document consistency with agreed Incoterms and customer/bank requirements to avoid discrepancies. Coordinate with freight forwarders and CHA for booking, stuffing, filing and shipment scheduling. Maintain shipment tracker (ETD/ETA), share pre-alerts, and manage couriering of originals if required. Coordinate with production/dispatch for packing, markings, weights, HS code inputs and readiness timelines. Close post-shipment documentation: complete set submission, discrepancy corrections and archival. Must-have skills & experience Strong attention to detail; ability to cross-check numbers, weights, marks, dates and names across documents. Basic knowledge of export logistics and documentation; comfort coordinating with forwarders/CHA. Proficiency in Excel trackers and email communication; structured, process-oriented approach. Ability to work under shipment deadlines and handle multiple orders in parallel. Preferred Hands-on exposure to customs process coordination (export clearance) and bank document sets. Experience in manufacturing dispatch/packaging coordination. Success metrics (KPIs) Documentation error/discrepancy rate; turnaround time for document set preparation. OTIF shipment performance; delay root-cause closures with stakeholders. Post-shipment document submission time and archival completeness

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
