Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic yet hands-on Business Development & Growth Lead to drive Stem’s global revenue expansion. This role is responsible for independently building international reseller and distributor networks, defi ning and executing global go-to-market strategies, and generating sustained B2B revenue across multiple geographies. Reporting directly to the Founder, the role carries ownership of growth initiatives, partnerships, and international business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Global Business Development & Revenue Ownership
● Drive international business development initiatives to expand Stem’s global footprint and revenue.
● Build and manage a strong global pipeline across B2B clients, resellers, distributors, and institutional buyers.
● Identify and prioritise high-potential global markets based on demand, logistics feasibility, and brand alignment.
● Own revenue growth targets across international regions and channel partnerships.
2. Reseller & Channel Network Expansion
● Identify, onboard, and scale international resellers, distributors, and regional representatives.
● Design and implement structured channel engagement models including onboarding, pricing, order fl ow, and growth expectations.
● Lead all commercial discussions, pricing structures, and partnership negotiations with global partners.
● Act as the primary point of contact for new partner acquisition and long-term channel relationships.
3. Business Generation & Brand-Led Outreach
● Own business generation initiatives using brand positioning, exhibitions, digital outreach, referrals, and direct engagement.
● Develop outreach strategies to attract international resellers, institutional buyers, architects, and design-led partners.
● Convert inbound and outbound opportunities into long-term, revenue-generating partnerships.
4. Account Growth & Strategic Partnerships
● Expand business with existing international partners through repeat orders, regional expansion, and deeper engagement.

● Ensure smooth transition of closed business to internal teams for execution and delivery.
5. Market Intelligence & Founder-Level Reporting
● Track global market trends, competitor activity, pricing benchmarks, and channel performance.
● Share actionable market insights and growth recommendations directly with the Founder.
● Represent Stem at international exhibitions, trade fairs, buyer meetings, and global design forums as required.
● Maintain structured CRM records, revenue forecasts, and partner performance metrics.
Experience
● 5–10 years of experience in international business development, global sales, or channel-led growth roles.
● Proven experience building and managing reseller, distributor, or agent networks across multiple countries.
● Experience in export-led businesses, premium design, interiors, furniture, lighting, or lifestyle brands is strongly preferred.
Education
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related fi eld.
● MBA or postgraduate qualifi cation in International Business, Strategy, or Marketing preferred.
Skills
● Strong international communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Ability to independently structure channel partnerships and global commercial models.
● Strategic thinker with strong execution and ownership mindset.
● Deep understanding of global B2B sales cycles and distribution frameworks.
● Comfortable working across time zones, cultures, and international stakeholders.
● Profi ciency in CRM tools and global pipeline management.
