To strengthen our leadership team in Salalah, we are seeking an experienced Export Logistics Director to oversee international logistics operations and drive strategic growth.

Role Overview

The Export Logistics Director will be responsible for managing export logistics, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and optimizing supply chain performance. This role requires strong leadership, global trade expertise, and the ability to align logistics strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee export logistics operations across global markets.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize shipping, warehousing, and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and finance teams to streamline processes.
• Manage relationships with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed reports for senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and export practices.
• Mentor and guide logistics staff to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in export logistics or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale international logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of global trade regulations, customs compliance, and shipping practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RO3,100.000 per month
