Export Logistics Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Export Logistics Executive to manage the complete logistics and export documentation process. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal departments, shipping lines, and overseas buyers to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution. The selected candidate will work closely with a team of experienced export professionals, gaining exposure to international operations across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor export shipments of rice and frozen vegetables to international destinations.
• Prepare and verify export documentation.
• Liaise with shipping lines, CHA, freight forwarders, and transporters for booking, dispatch, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, and destination-country import regulations.
• Track shipments, update buyers on status, and resolve logistics or documentation issues promptly.
• Optimize freight and logistics costs while maintaining service quality.
• Maintain systematic shipment records and prepare MIS reports.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in export logistics and documentation (preferably in the agri or food export industry).
• Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, export logistics, documentation, shipping procedures, and LC handling.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and email correspondence.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
