Export Logistics & Supply Chain Manager

Latest Bedding is a fast growing home textile brand under the Zako Group, managing top tier labels such as Pure Parima, BBJ and Bebeteen. Our U.S. based operations rely on seamless international logistics to deliver premium designer bedding to thousands of customers across North America.

We are now hiring a Logistics Manager to oversee all supply chain operations from factory floor to the Pure Parima warehouse door in New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities

Shipment & Supply Chain Management

• Manage end-to-end logistics for all shipments to the U.S. (containers and air shipments).
• Coordinate with textile factories, vendors and freight forwarders in Pakistan and USA.
• Ensure timely booking, tracking and consolidation of goods across multiple suppliers.

Shipping Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and validate complete shipping document sets: Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, FTA certs and other compliance documents.
• Ensure customs compliance for both Pakistan exports and U.S. imports.
• Work closely with freight agents for Telex Release / MBL vs HBL issues and timelines.

Freight & Customs Coordination

• Negotiate and finalize freight rates (ocean/air/express) with forwarders.
• Handle customs clearance tracking and liaise with brokers for efficient port operations.
• Monitor port-to-warehouse deliveries in USA and proactively resolve delays.

Warehousing & Delivery

• Coordinate delivery schedules with Pure Parima’s New Jersey warehouses.
• Communicate with U.S. trucking providers for timely warehouse drop offs.

Internal Coordination

• Collaborate with Production, demand planning and QA teams on deadlines.
• Manage shipment calendars, ETAs and ensure visibility across the company.
• Maintain shipment logs, trackers and weekly status reports.

Additional Responsibilities

• Analyze and reduce logistics costs through routing improvements or compressing packaging (e.g., pillows, vinyl bags and cartons etc).
• Oversee QC-related shipping issues, flagging product or packaging non compliance.
• Use digital systems to manage supply chain dashboards.

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years experience in international logistics, preferably in home textiles or apparel.
• Strong understanding of Pakistani export compliance.
• Proven ability to negotiate rates, troubleshoot issues and deliver results under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English written and verbal.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and logistics platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
